
Climb Occupational Therapy welcomes NDIS‑funded, Medicare‑referred, and private clients. Our service fees are based on the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Price Guide. These rates apply across all our clients, reflecting the experience, time, and expertise required to deliver high‑quality Occupational Therapy.

Helvetica Light is an easy-to-read font, with tall and narrow letters, that works well on almost every site.
NDIS
Climb Occupational Therapy can provide therapy services to NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan managed. Services are charged at the rate consistent with the NDIS Price Guide.

Medicare
You will be eligible for a Medicare Rebate if you have a Chronic Disease Management Plan from your doctor. Please note Medicare will provide a rebate that will not cover the whole cost of the OT session. You will be required to pay the full fee to Climb Occupational Therapy and then claim the rebate through Medicare.

Private Health Insurance
Depending on your health insurance coverage you may be eligible for a rebate from your health fund. Please contact your health fund to request further information. You will be required to pay the full fee to Climb Occupational Therapy and then claim the rebate through your health fund.

Before starting therapy, all costs and services will be clearly outlined in a Service Agreement, which is a document that explains:
